First time, I lived in Cambodia. This time I live in Uganda.
How do JOCV get rent house?
House system is depending on country and years.
Most important difference is who arrange a house of volunteer.
In Uganda, a house is arranged by Ugandan working organization. However I had to search rent house by myself in Cambodia.
On the other hand, volunteer can arrange favorite house if they search by myself.
After deciding a rent house, volunteer apply for security check of JICA’s security staff.
After the house’s security pass JICA’s check, I could start living in rent house.

Cambodian house has 3 bed rooms , living room, dining room and kitchen.
I lived good house.
